This seems as though the discount websites aren’t discounts at all. So my question is, can I get a better price than carnival has on their site by going to a brick and mortar travel agent?

I recently heard from a few people that Carnival isn’t worth the money and that I should go with Royal Caribbean instead. When I bring up a map of the Norwegian Jade all the cabins have some sort of symbol in them, triangles etc. I know, in general, the symbols mean quad room, obstructed view etc. But with Norwegian Cruise Lines what do the symbols mean? I have found no help on the various travel sites nor from the cruise ship site itself.
