I know cruises can befun althou this is my first one. What I want to know is what is the best way to enjoy the cruise without gaining weight?

    stop eatting your meals when you are still slightly hungry
    and increase your water in take BIG TIME

    dont eat any fish on the trip. just a warning so u dont get sick also dont walk alone at night so u dont get thrown overboard like the otha 30 ppl recently. but anyways dont eat alot of junk food stick wit fruits n veggies
