The reason I ask is that I’d like to cruise with my 15y.o. teen daughter and want her to not feel out of place (me also!).

I have been on several. I was on a Carnival one time and it was too much for me. I have 3 grown kids. I play rock music on piano and several instruments and love it.(70′ adn80’s) but that cruise drove me crazy. Partying all the time!!. It is a party ship. If she wants that take a Carnival. I liked the Monarch , nice and calm yet lots of teens with parents on it. More expensive but the cruise was great I thought. Just look around on the ship. Obama may be on there with Larry Sinclair.
